Trainingsinhalte:

Leaders at a senior level strive to create a culture of engagement, while leaders on the front line need to motivate employees daily to drive results. Most leaders think they are demonstrating the qualities of an effective leader, but the findings from recent research indicate that view is too optimistic. There are specific areas where leaders are falling short and the research brings our awareness of those to the fore.

Nutzen des Trainings:

As leaders, we all want to know if we are also suffering from some blind spots, of which we are not fully aware. “They know, we don’t know” sounds concerning! This research draws out the global findings and helps us to reevaluate what we are doing as leaders and how we are doing it.
