Dan is the Chief Growth Officer, responsible for the growth of 180 franchisees in 86 countries globally, focusing on large enterprise solutions. He joined Dale Carnegie in 2011 to launch the company’s virtual instructor-led training strategy and platform that has become the primary delivery method globally post-pandemic.
Dan has over 30 years of leadership experience in the learning and business services industries. He managed the leadership development and learning technologies functions at Paychex, Inc., and later became Vice President of Learning Products at Element K, where he led a successful turnaround of the e-learning business that ultimately sold to Skillsoft.
Dan published the article “Learning a New Leadership Game at Paychex” in the Journal of Organizational Excellence (2005). He is the co-author of the book Sell the Way Your Customers Want to Buy (2019). He earned a Bachelor of Arts in History (American Foreign Policy) from Colgate University.
