Class Policies

Tuition for The Dale Carnegie Course®, Winning with Relationship Selling Course®, High Impact Presentations Course®, and The Leadership Training for Managers Course® is $2,200.00. Tuition for other programs and seminars are quoted upon request.  To register please complete this application and return with your payment. 

By registering you indicate your intention to attend all required sessions of the Course (see Criteria for required sessions below) and to make up any sessions from which you are absent.  Make up privileges expire one (1) year after date of enrollment.  Should you move from this area, you may complete your training within one (1) year in any of the cities where the Course is offered/presented.

Transfer Policy* A registrant may transfer once without a transfer fee. Any additional transfers will be subject to a $100 fee which must be paid in full at the time of the transfer.  ($25 for one-day seminars). All credits for paid courses and seminars will expire one year after they are issued. A 5% service fee is attached to any request to change payment from one credit card to another. 

Cancellation Policy* David N. Wright and Associates LLC.  will provide you with a complete refund if you cancel prior to the start of your course, seminar, if you do not attend any part of the course or if the course is cancelled.  If you attend all or part of a course, no refunds will be provided.  Cancellations received after session two of a course or seminar will not receive any refunds.

Refunds will be issued to the student within 45 days from the date of cancellation. *Transfer and Cancellation Policy varies by location. Please contact your local office for more information. 

Attendance Policy: David N. Wright and Associates LLC.  is committed to providing you the best possible learning experience.  To ensure you have time to prepare for your session we recommend you arrive a minimum of 15 minutes prior to the start of your program.  Any participant who arrives more than 30 minutes after the session start will be considered "absent" for that session and will not receive attendance credit.  To successfully complete your program and receive your certificate you must attend 85% or more of the program sessions for a time phased program. For example, if your program is 12 sessions over a period of 12 weeks, you will need to attend 10 of 12 sessions to successfully complete the program. For 2 and 3 day programs, you will need to attend 100% of the sessions to successfully complete.

Criteria for awarding certificates of completion: 1. Payment of tuition.  2. Attendance and satisfactory participation: Dale Carnegie® Course at least 10 of the 12 sessions or 7 of the 8 sessions; Dale Carnegie® Leadership Training for Managers at least 6 of the 7 sessions: Dale Carnegie® Winning with Relationship Selling at least 7 of the 8 sessions; Dale Carnegie® High Impact Presentations 2 of the 2 sessions conducted.  3. Declaration by your instructors as having made progress worthy of receiving a certificate of completion.
