Conflict to Collaboration & Disagree Agreeably
This is a combination of 2 conflict resolution modules. The first module, Conflict to Collaboration shows how collaboration enables team members to draw upon their unique, individual strengths while creating a sense of unity. The second module, Disagree Agreeably offers insights into our own personal work style and communication “hot buttons.”

Conflict can be difficult to resolve without the help of others. When you are willing to accept differing viewpoints and rationally explain your own, you’re much more likely to maintain mutual respect and a positive relationship.
