Today we see and experience technology everywhere, in every aspect and role in our lives. There is technology to enhance our cars, homes, jobs, and leisure time. Organizations are utilizing technology constantly to increase productivity and reduce costs. Human beings will continue to innovate and use technology; however, this is only one side of the equation. The other side is not that positive. With our devices, we are technically connected yet emotionally disconnected. It seems that we are less interested in using our human skills and abilities, and this is affecting our relationships and our business results.
