Let's Join Project #Opentowork
Thousands of people have been affected by the recent layoffs in the tech industry. People who have been working with the same company for 25+ years are now trying to navigate applying for new jobs, going through the interviewing process, and trying to sell themselves and their accomplishments. People who have been working for a company for 1-5 years are also trying to navigate finding a new job and fighting the feeling of discouragement and low motivation.
In times like this, it’s our community that can help us get through it! Dale Carnegie Training of Texas is hosting a community event called Project #opentowork. We are calling all community members who want to help with this initiative to help spread the word and donate what you can to help put on an event full of resources and mindfulness.
All donations will go towards the execution of the #opentowork event to create opportunities and resources for those affected by recent layoff's in the Austin, TX area. Including the venue, food and refreshments, and door prizes.
