Project - Open to Work
Thousands of people have been affected by the recent lay offs in the tech industry. People who have been working with the same company for 25+ years are now trying to navigate applying for new jobs, going through the interviewing process, and trying to sell themselves and their accomplishments. People who have been working for a company for 1-5 years are also trying to navigate finding a new job and fighting the feeling of discouragement and low motivation.
