Tina Graziotto is a lifelong Pittsburgher born in the South Hills where she still resides today.  Tina has more than 30 of experience in training and currently works full-time for Dale Carnegie Training.  Tina is a Master Trainer, Executive Coach, and Program Designer.  Tina helps individuals and companies transform themselves by bringing out their untapped potential through coaching and training.  Tina has a BA in Communications and Business and is a graduate of California State University of PA.  As a Master Trainer Tina is certified to develop other Dale Carnegie trainers as well as deliver curriculum in the following areas; communications, leadership, public speaking, employee engagement, sales, customer experience, change management, conflict resolution, and human relations.  Some of Tina’s clients include Carmeuse North America, Erie Insurance, Armada Supply Chain Solutions, Logistics Plus, Algoma Corp., Equitrans, FHL Bank of Pittsburgh, Ansys, Inc., Arconic, and ATI Metals. Tina is a past member of the Washington County Athena Awards Committee and board member of the Pittsburgh Human Resource Association.  Tina also holds a seat on the Dale Carnegie International Trainer Quality Board where she is serving her 4^th term of service.
