Dale Carnegie trainers are all with real, hands-on experience in the business world. In order to succeed as a consultant, our Dale Carnegie trainers had to be trained and completed at least 250 hours of development courses. Dale Carnegie trainers are required to review their license exams annually to meet the ISO 9001: 2015 standard.

As part of the personnel training course, Dale Carnegie offers teaching techniques by giving the advice to change the unique behavior (coaching in the moment) to change or prevent not causing unwanted behavior by providing immediate methods of improvement and advice in the situation so that the behavior can change quickly and concretely.
