As a passionate musician, Andrei brings a unique style to training that combines improvisation and business relevance, offering participants a context that invites reflection and action.

Andrei is a Carnegie Master Trainer and has been active in the field of Training and Development for almost 20 years. He works for Dale Carnegie offices in Romania and in other countries, developing and delivering specialized solutions to local clients, including some of the largest multinational companies present on the market. Customers include Oracle, Ericsson, L'Oreal, Whirlpool, ING Bank, Societe Generale, Kaufland, Johnson & Johnson, Goodyear-Dunlop.

Andrei's international experience also includes the delivery of trainings in Germany, Austria, Italy, Slovenia, Hungary, the Czech Republic, Poland, Israel, Algeria, Egypt, Morocco, Hong Kong, Malaysia and the United States.

Since 2010, Andrei has been involved in Toastmasters, the largest Oratory organization in the world, where he is currently in the management team for the Central and Eastern European Region.
