Raquel joined Dale Carnegie in 2004 in Juarez, Mexico. At the time, she was working as an Electrical Engineer in the Manufacturing Industry. She graduated from the Dale Carnegie Course in the Summer of 2004 and started her Trainer Certification the same year. She collaborated with the Dale Carnegie Team in Juarez until 2011 when she moved to Nashville TN. She started her collaboration with Dale Carnegie of TN as a vocational trainer. While working in TN she also had the opportunity to collaborate with the Middle Tennessee State University as a faculty professor teaching the Dale Carnegie Course for the Jennings A. Jones College of Business. Raquel joined the team in a full-time capacity in January 2020 as a Corporate Trainer. 

Now, as VP of Customer Experience and Master Trainer, Raquel is responsible for the Customer Satisfaction leading the trainers to meet our clients’ expectations. Raquel is also responsible for the development of new trainers as well as the existing trainers to get them certified in the different programs we offer to our clients. 

She supports our Dale Carnegie team in Tennessee, Georgia, Virginia, and Central Florida. She resides in Buford, GA, with her husband Michael, and their dogs Jack and Margot. 

In her free time, Raquel enjoys running. She has run 6 marathons and is training to run 1 major marathons in 2024. She also enjoys hiking, traveling, and watching movies.
