Kara is the head of sales/marketing for our Dale Carnegie team in Tennessee, Georgia, and Central Florida. Her decade of experience in management, strategic sales, coaching and facilitation has empowered thousands of professionals to lead fuller, more profitable, and productive lives.  

As a facilitator, Kara’s experience and passion for growth helps her global clients reach their full potential. Working with professionals in over 20 countries, her favorite aspect of facilitation is watching participants exceed their expectations, both inside and outside of the training room.  

Kara received her BS in Business Administration with a focus in Marketing from Trevecca Nazarene University in Nashville, TN.  

Outside of Dale Carnegie, Kara enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter, and dog. Kara is an avid fan of American football, especially the Dallas Cowboys. She enjoys hiking outdoors, giving back as a board member of American Cancer Society, and travelling the world to experience the unique cultures that differentiate people.
