Harry joined Dale Carnegie in October 2020 following a distinguished 20-year career in the Air Force, where he specialized in Aircraft Maintenance, Career Counseling, and Training & Development. Bringing over a decade of leadership, coaching, and training expertise to the team, Harry's commitment to employee engagement, interpersonal skills, and developing high performing teams was evident when he spearheaded the development of the Air Force's inaugural frontline leadership course in 2018, a groundbreaking initiative recognized with the Air Force's 2019 Employee and Organizational Development Director of the Year award. 

During his first few years with our Dale Carnegie team, Harry's dedication to client development garnered notable recognition, including the "Rook of the Year" Sales Award and the esteemed WOW Trainer award. Having accumulated over 500 training hours within this period, Harry remains poised for further professional growth, anticipating his Senior Trainer Certification in the upcoming year. 

Harry's academic pursuits complement his practical experience, holding an MBA with Magna Cum Laude honors from Columbia Southern University, with a focus on Human Resource Development. Furthermore, his credentials include a graduate certificate in Executive Leadership from Gettysburg College and certification as a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt practitioner. Beyond his corporate endeavors, Harry's tenure as a small business owner in Sevier County since 2016 enriches his ability to advise, coach, and train clients effectively.
