After initially interning at Dale Carnegie and falling in love with the purpose and mission of the company, Hannah joined the team full time in 2014 as the office administrator. With over a decade of experience at Dale Carnegie, she has gained a comprehensive understanding of the business by occupying nearly every role available, allowing her to see how each part of the company works together. 

She is now the Chief Operating Officer for our Dale Carnegie team. She enjoys creating processes and new paths, removing barriers, and improving daily business functions. She is a member of the Operations iTeam with Dale Carnegie & Associates and often sits on project teams to help the Dale Carnegie network. 

Hannah is an award-winning Dale Carnegie team member with awards in marketing (2015), Top Technical Producer in the World (2021) and Wow Trainer Club Member (2022). 

Her commitment to education and personal growth is evident through her academic achievements, holding an MBA from the University of Maryland and a Doctorate in Applied Learning Sciences from the University of Miami. Hannah is a lifelong learner, continually seeking to expand her knowledge and apply it within her professional role. 

Now she spends her time with calming hobbies like crocheting, gardening, and reading. She loves to spend time with her family and relaxing with them every chance they can.
