Allyn is a Managing Partner of our Dale Carnegie team, including Tennessee, Georgia, and Central Florida. He has been with Dale Carnegie for 29 years.  

Facilitator and coach with a driven focus on others success, he has spoken with groups and coached leaders on 5 continents. He brings practical ideas for organizations thinking through topics such solutions selling, negotiations, leadership post pandemic, engaging teams, partnering with AI and generating creativity in the workforce.  

His organization received the distinguished “Founder’s Award” in 2023 recognizing the #1 Dale Carnegie franchise globally in multiple business criteria. Also, in 2019, 2021, & 2023, they received the “Top Quality in North America” distinction for highest Net Promoter Scores from clients.  

Also, in 2017, Allyn received the highest honor for Dale Carnegie franchisees: the “One Dale Carnegie” award, recognizing his contributions to Dale Carnegie's global network. In addition, his organization has been a finalist multiple times for the Better Business Bureau’s Torch Awards for Ethical Commerce. 

He is Past President of the International Dale Carnegie Franchise Association, an association of over 220 Dale Carnegie franchisees in 90 countries. During his tenure, he co-chaired committees to hire the current Dale Carnegie CEO, Rebrand the 111-year old company and renegotiated the Franchise Agreement.  

He graduated from Harding University in Searcy, AR, and currently lives in Murfreesboro, TN. You can distract him by talking about long distance hiking, Walt Disney World, soccer and JRR Tolkien (or fantasy literature as a whole).
