Amy is a native Marylander who recently relocated to Nashville with her family and is thrilled to embark on her journey as the Vice President of Operations for our Dale Carnegie team. With years of diverse experience in various companies, Amy quickly developed a profound appreciation for the value and tools that Dale Carnegie offers to businesses and their employees. 

Amy brings with her a wealth of experience and a proven track record of driving business growth and enhancing profitability. Renowned for her strategic mindset and unwavering motivation, she has consistently spearheaded initiatives that propel companies forward. Amy excels in developing and implementing effective strategies aimed at expanding market share and optimizing operational efficiencies, earning her recognition as a leader in her field. Her exceptional leadership skills are evident in her ability to inspire and motivate her team towards achieving common goals, while her communication expertise fosters collaboration and ensures alignment across all levels of the organization.   

Outside of the office, Amy finds joy in various activities such as cooking, particularly family Italian meals, decorating her home, and watching Notre Dame football. She also loves exploring all that Tennessee has to offer with her husband, daughter, son, and Golden Retriever, Denver.
