He has more than two and a half decades of professional experience in which he has collaborated with various knowledge management and human talent development initiatives in teams of national and international companies and organizations ranging from small companies with family management models, to corporate systems with global standards.

First Nicaraguan certified as a Dale Carnegie trainer. Currently a trainer in Live online programs for companies and individuals, as well as international organizations such as the Inter-American Development Bank and the World Bank.
