Hakar joined our Dale Carnegie team as a Training Advisor in March 2024. Born and raised in Orlando and coming from Cuban heritage, Hakar is a dynamic professional known for his commitment to personal and organizational growth.  

With a BS in Aviation Management from Everglades University, his career began in the business aviation sector. It was there that he discovered the impactful principles of Dale Carnegie, which led him to enhance his professional relationships and networking skills. 

He has dedicated himself to empowering individuals and businesses in his hometown. His passion for contributing to the community's development and his pride in representing Orlando are evident in his work. Hakar believes in the transformative power of personal development and strives to guide others towards achieving their full potential. 

Family and quality time with loved ones are at the core of his personal life, reflecting his values of connection and community. In his free time, he is an aficionado of cooking, playing guitar, hiking, collecting unique timepieces, and flying.
