Eric holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and a Master's degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Organizational Development, both obtained from Upper Iowa University. He is currently a Doctorate candidate at Regent University, pursuing a degree in Organizational Leadership as he remains dedicated to further expanding his knowledge and expertise in the field.
With a distinguished 5 1/2-year military career in the aviation sector, Eric's transition into the civilian sector has seen him excel in various Fortune-level companies.
Beyond his professional pursuits, Eric is an avid powerlifter, actively competing in local events, and enjoys exploring his passion for photography during his spare time. Originally from Norfolk, VA, Eric now resides in Mount Juliet, TN.
