Andy joined our Dale Carnegie team in 2022 as a Corporate Trainer. In addition to training and facilitation, he is now also a leadership coach. He brings with him diverse experience in areas including public school teaching, diversity, corporate training, and hospitality. He has two degrees from Middle Tennessee State University and completed his Ph.D. in Exceptional Learning at Tennessee Technological University. 

Born in Seville, Spain, Andy now makes his home in Murfreesboro, TN, surrounded by his large extended family, including his cat, Bambino. This central location allows him to meet in person with clients across the southeast, as well as facilitating online programs. 

Dale Carnegie is Andy’s “dream job” because it offers him an effective and time-proven structure while encouraging him to “make it his own”. Dale Carnegie’s principles provide the tools to unlock the inherent greatness in each of us. Helping others find the key to personal and professional success is truly what drives Andy every day. 

When not facilitating training with Dale Carnegie, he can usually be found in his garden, at the ball field, or writing music at the piano. If not there, he is likely at the beach with family or adventuring in or around Lake Tahoe.
