Brett’s first job out of college was serving as an infantry officer with the 101st Airborne Division. Upon being honorably discharged from the U.S. Army, he entered the business world, beginning with Genuine Parts Company. Brett went on to work in a variety of industries including non profit, home improvement, grocery, and training/consulting.

In 2018, while volunteering with the Association for Talent Development (ATD), Brett had his first exposure to Dale Carnegie via the Leadership Blind Spots workshop. There was an immediate connection. He went on to take the High Impact Presentations Course as well as the Dale Carnegie Course. In 2020 he was certified as a Dale Carnegie Trainer. Following that initial certification, Brett was certified in the High Impact Presentations course and the Leadership courses.

In 2022, Brett came on fulltime as a corporate trainer in the Atlanta office. Whether he’s working with software developers, construction supervisors, bankers, engineers, manufacturing managers, or automotive business owners, Brett’s passion is the same ---- to equip individuals to live an intentional life, while making a positive impact on their organizations!

Brett is happily married to his college sweetheart. They enjoy having their three grown children living close by. If you can’t find Brett, here’s either in the gym, the library, or on the couch listening to one of his Spotify playlists.
