Bob is Vice President of Dale Carnegie Training of Central & Southern NJ. He is responsible for the operation of the organization and oversees the financial and administration functions. Bob also delivers training for select clients.
Bob started his career with Dale Carnegie in 1998 in customer service and support of key corporate accounts, where he was committed to exceeding his client’s expectations. He moved into the Operations arena in 2000.
As a trainer, Bob has the ability to build rapport with his participants to help them be more successful. He has facilitated team building events with clients as diverse as the FBI, ShopRite, Johnson & Johnson, Joint Base McGuire*Dix*Lakehurst, Village Supermarkets, and Global eProcure.
Prior to working at Dale Carnegie Training, Bob managed a 200-acre farm grossing annual sales of $500,000. He was responsible for bottom line results; through motivating his employees and using his business acumen, sales increased 43% annually over a four-year period.
Bob has a BS degree from The University of Miami.
