Jacqueline's journey with Dale Carnegie began with a life-changing course experience at MTSU where she took the Dale Carnegie Course. It inspired her to join the organization in 2018 after graduating. After a successful 4-year sales career, she stepped into a sales coach role that is responsible for hiring, onboarding, and managing sales reps for their first year. She guides them through an onboarding experience that she personally designed. She loves to empower individuals to achieve their full potential and become their best selves. 

Today, she serves our Dale Carnegie team as both sales coach and as a high-performing sales leader actively cultivating client relationships in Nashville, Chattanooga, and Georgia. She's also a multi-award winning certified trainer able to deliver the Dale Carnegie Course and Dale Carnegie's leadership program suite. 

Originally from Tennessee, she now lives in Chattanooga with her husband, 2-year-old son, and 3 cats.
