After completing his degree in Religious Studies at Trevecca Nazarene University in 2017, Eric sought out Dale Carnegie looking to develop the communication and people skills necessary for him to meet his career goals. Upon experiencing the incredible growth that took place in his Dale Carnegie Course, he shifted his focus to support individuals and teams to similar undisputed breakthroughs that he experienced. 

He has played several roles over the years for our Dale Carnegie team with experience in project management, finance, accounting, digital producing, and training.  

Now, as Training Advisor, Eric is responsible for helping our clients identify and adopt the right training solutions that will help their organizations thrive in the face of uncertainty, conflict, and constant change. He is particularly adept at asking questions, demonstrating curiosity, and building relationships rooted in authenticity and mutual respect.
