Managing stress is similar to managing other aspects of your life — it’s about taking time to explore which parts of your life require improvement. Identifying different kinds of stress and how you respond to that stress allows you to tap into your ability to be resilient when faced with stressful situations.Working in the face of current global challenges can take a toll on your mental health. The many challenges that you face daily can easily elevate your stress levels, so it’s important to learn how to cope effectively. People who manage their stress levels well and bring an optimistic outlook to the workplace are far more likely to accomplish their objectives.

In this workshop, participants will learn how to take steps toward converting negative reactions into positive ones. By understanding what factors cause you or your team members stress, you can intentionally work together to create a healthy, stress-free work environment.
