Conflict to Collaboration & Disagree Agreeably
This is a combination of 2 conflict resolution modules. The first module, Conflict to Collaboration shows how collaboration enables team members to draw upon their unique, individual strengths while creating a sense of unity. The second module, Disagree Agreeably offers insights into our own personal work style and communication “hot buttons.”

Conflict can be difficult to resolve without the help of others. By collaborating with people inside and outside of your organization, leaders can leverage the diverse talents and experiences of others, gain new perspectives and uncover unexpected solutions.It’s also advantageous to learn to communicate in a non-confrontational way creates a more united workforce.
