Victor Delgado

Owner of Delgado & Associates, LLC

Victor Delgado is President of Delgado & Associates, LLC, which offers Dale Carnegie Training in the New Mexico and El Paso, TX. Dale Carnegie Training is a global organization that helps individuals and organizations achieve goals by improving the way they communicate, influence and lead.

Victor’s coaching and facilitation has helped Fortune 100 corporations, non-profits and entrepreneurial firms to transform the way they engage employees and clients. He has trained Leaders at all levels in leading wineries like E&J Gallo Wineries and Bronco Winery; sales leaders on coaching and developing their salespeople, coached manufacturing leaders on leadership and teaming skills, enhanced the leadership skills of farming representatives from the Navajo Nation, Farm Service Agency of New Mexico, TLC Plumbing, Rich Ford, Supply One, New Mexico Gas Company, St. Clair Winery, United States Air Force, Bank of America, John Deere, Wilbur Ellis, Almond Growers Association, Diamond Foods and USDA Dairy Inspections.

Raised in New Mexico with a farming background, Victor has used his entrepreneurial focus to own two successful Dale Carnegie® franchises across four states including New Mexico, Texas, Colorado and California. His 30+ years of experience with customers provide a rich understanding of unique industry trends, solutions for complex challenges, and teaming results that have his customers asking repeatedly for his involvement.

Cindy Delgado

CEO of Delgado & Associates, LLC

Cindy Benson Delgado is CEO of Dale Carnegie of New Mexico and is a Global Carnegie Master Trainer for Dale Carnegie & Associates, Inc.® Cindy has been responsible for the development and implementation of the Customer Solutions spanning North America, Europe, Asia and Australia. She has worked in more than 25 countries to drive customer success and grow and develop Dale Carnegie Trainers.

Cindy has strong experience working with multi-national businesses and Federal and State customers on presentations skills, building and aligning performance expectations, implementing SMART goals, strategic planning and customer service. Cindy has engaged in program design and implementation for customers to meet their specific needs.

From growing up on a Montana ranch to studying in Florence, Italy, Cindy brings a unique business perspective to her work with customers. During her 20 years with Dale Carnegie®, her many customers include: United States Air Force, Los Alamos National Laboratory, New Mexico Higher Education Department, Farm Service Agency of New Mexico, U.S. Army, United States Coast Guard, U.S. Marine Corps, Defense Finance and Accounting Service, Administrative Offices of the U.S. Courts, Department of Transportation Research and Innovative Technology Administration, General Services Administration, various Intelligence Organizations, United States Patent and Trademark Office; and numerous other Agencies of the United States Government, as well as companies like Invesco, Intel, Microsoft, Starbucks, Nasdaq, Honeywell, Bank of America, Costco, E&J Gallo Wineries, Wilhelmsen Ships Service, Albemarle, A.P. Moller-Maersk, First Data, and Coloplast.

Charlie Black

Director of Leadership Training Group LLC, and President of Charles E. Black Jr & Assoc.

Charles E. Black Jr., is Director of El Paso, Texas, as well as Southern and Eastern New Mexico under Leadership Training Group LLC, and President of Charles E. Black Jr & Assoc. Inc. His 27 years as a licensed instructor for Dale Carnegie® has influenced thousands of people making positive changes one person or one company at a time.

 During his career with Dale Carnegie® his many customers have included, Boeing, Department of Energy, Department of Defense, AT&T, First Light FCU, Homeland Security, WSMR, El Paso, Ysleta, Socorro, Clint, Fabens, LCPS, School Districts, El Paso Water, TORO and numerous others.

Prior to his joining Dale Carnegie® he served as Vice President of Black’s Nursery Inc., which was the largest retail Nursery in the Southwest.

One of the Corporate Client projects that Mr. Black led was for A.O. Smith, where his team helped design a solution- based course to improve manufacturing volume. One key result area was to decrease turnover rates of hourly employees. By lowering this rate by 8%, the manufacturing volume increased by 12.8%. In achieving this decrease the climate of the organization became increasingly positive, which in turn began to drive a more productive culture.

At AT&T, Mr. Black consulted with, and strategically implemented, a process to enhance morale at one of their “call centers.” A much higher employee confidence level resulted in a stronger mind set, evidenced by exceeded sales goals across the board.

Working in Secondary Education, Mr. Black has instructed many courses designed to prepare students for the “real” world. It gave them the critical skills they need to reach their goals and live up to their full potential — at school, home, and work. These College readiness skills include, managing stress, demonstrating leadership, increase self -confidence, enhance relationships, problem solving, communication and motivating others.

Charles grew up in the farm lands of El Paso’s Lower Valley. He is firmly planted with strong family and community ties.
