Diandra is a dynamic multi-course trainer and account manager at Dale Carnegie Training of Austin and Houston. Over the last 5 years, she has worked with numerous community associations around the Austin area in helping these groups understand the importance of human relations and communication in the workplace. She has also provided corporate solutions training for Dell, VMware, Round Rock Independent School District and more in leadership, communication, relationship selling, presentations, and stress management.
She is also a certified Master Trainer. She helps trainer candidates through their training certification. And she supports current trainers in using their own style to deliver high-quality training to their participants. She is instrumental in making sure all trainer quality is consistent and providing transformational experiences.
Diandra received a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing at Texas Woman’s University where she also was on the women’s basketball team. During her time there she was able to commit her time to different volunteering opportunities. She also has a Master’s Degree in Mass Communication at Texas State University.
Diandra is also the Social Media Manager for the Ellevate Network, which is an organization that strives to help women advance in the workplace. She has helped mentor and coach women to be their authentic selves and communicate their value effectively.
Shelby Wright loves being a part of Dale Carnegie and is passionate about helping people reach their goals and hearing their stories.
Shelby received a bachelor’s degree in Mass Communications/Public Relations with a minor in Vocal Music from the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor. During her time there she was President of the University Singers Choral and assisted with various volunteer opportunities. She also participated in the Miss Mary Hardin-Baylor Pageant which focused on developing leadership skills in young women.
Shelby is a certified Senior Trainer. In this role, she is responsible for bringing out the best in each of her participants. She gives them a strong support system and stretches them, so they move forward toward their personal and professional goals. She also supports and mentors newly certified trainers to help them reach their full potential and deliver world-class training.
In her role as an Account Manager, she partners with businesses in their organizational vision of providing professional development for their teams. She also works with individuals interested in taking the Dale Carnegie programs to find the right fit for them in their journey toward their vision.
One of her passions is generational empowerment. She works with businesses with multi-generational environments to help create better engagement and productivity. She also loves working with young adults as they enter the workplace to help develop the soft skills necessary to succeed in today’s work environment.
Outside of work, Shelby enjoys spending time with her husband, Christopher watching movies and playing at the dog park with their dog, JackJack.

Kim has been in the property management industry for over 30 years. She has held several leaders positions from Community Manager to Regional Vice President of various companies. She has also been a mentor and peer training as well. She is currently a Revenue Manager for Pinnacle Management. She was a Dale Carnegie Graduate in 2009. In 2010 she became a certified Dale Carnegie Trainer. She has trained the Dale Carnegie program in mainly public program venues. She strives to connect with each participant so they can have the same transformational experience she had and has with each program she facilitates. Kim received her BS in Education with a minor in communications from Stephen F Austin State University. Kim also volunteers her time with Special Olympics. She has been doing this 1999. She is the tournament director for the State Volleyball tournament as well as works the State track meet and aquatics competition. This keeps her grounded and fulfilled by working with such amazing athletes. Prior to taking on this roll she officiated woman’s college volleyball for 20 years.
