Organizations are utilizing technology constantly to increase productivity and reduce costs. Human beings will continue to innovate and use technology; however, this is only one side of the equation. The other side is not that positive. With our devices, we are technically connected yet emotionally disconnected. It seems that we are less interested in using our human skills and abilities, and this is affecting our relationships and our business results.
