What Drives Employee Engagement in the Digital Age and Why It Matters

Want more engaged employees? New research explains what's necessary. 

A study by Dale Carnegie and MSW Research looked into the functional and emotional elements affecting employee engagement and found three key motivators for employee engagement. One was a strong relationship with the employee's immediate supervisor: of the 1,500 employees surveyed, most said that the attitude and actions of their immediate supervisor was critical to whether engagement would be positive or negative.
