Mihaela has been the founder and Managing Partner of the Dale Carnegie Romania office since 2005 and leads the local team. She also founded and runs AIMS, one of the first local executive search companies.

She has a background in economics and a master's degree in HR at MCE - Brussels. She graduated in Disruptive Strategy at Harvard, has a degree in Human Synergistics, and is a certified coach.

She is a member of the board of directors of Romanian Business Leaders (RBL), a member of the jury for the Association of Community Relations (ARC) and the Telekom Scholarships.

She is also pursuing becoming a professional actress (Theater and Cinema).
