Johnny Otley
Corporate Trainer
Johnny joined Dale Carnegie in January 2022 and works as a full-time Corporate Trainer. In 2021, he earned a Bachelor’s Degree in International Business from Liberty University.
Over the last 5 years, he has embarked on quite a few adventures around the world – traveling to 25+ countries and living in both Greece and Italy. As a former USA Swim Coach, he focuses on bringing authentic enthusiasm and engaging energy to the training room.
Johnny has two siblings (an older brother and a younger sister), as well as parents who have been in the Dale Carnegie network for three decades. From a young age, Johnny witnessed the transformational impact that Dale Carnegie brings to its participants. After graduating from Dale Carnegie’s youth program, Generation.Next, at the age of 15, Johnny envisioned being a Dale Carnegie Trainer. He is grateful he gets to live out that dream every day.
