Preparing for the C-Suite

Individual and organizational success do not happen by chance. Becoming a C-Suite leader only happens intentionally. By defining the kind of leader we want to be and intentionally working toward that goal, we become more effective in both the workplace and our personal lives. Effective leaders have a clear picture of where they are going and what interim goals must be achieved to get there, and they commit to achieving these goals. In this workshop, we will discuss the importance of building a foundation for professional and personal growth and achievement. We will create a personal vision for leadership that will help prepare us for welcoming the challenges and successes of the C-Suite.
