When you look at successful people, what do you see? Confidence. Enthusiasm. Competence. They’re engaged in all aspects of their work and life, inspiring others as they lead by example. Effective Communications and Human Relations is available as an 8 session or 12 session course.

In the 8 session course, you will learn the human relations skills to thrive in any setting. Discover how to form closer, more rewarding relationships built on trust and respect. Increasing your confidence and competence in interacting with others will gain the influence you need to reach new heights in your personal and professional life.

The expanded 12 session course will provide additional opportunities for practice, coaching and application. In addition, there is an increased focus on a genuine and authentic enthusiastic approach to our work and our lives by making changes in our attitude and setting goals, plus the courage to take a stand to communicate our deep beliefs in our convictions. This program also works to elevate leadership capabilities and magnifies personal impact.

What You’ll Learn
