This course was developed for Federal Government clients to support the DoD Leader Development Framework - LEAD SELF. Participants will learn the core competencies that are the foundation for success as they discover the importance of professionalism, methods to build trust, demonstrate commitment, adhere to the standards of ethics, and learn methods to communicate effectively.
