Description

Description:  The Director of Field Sales is responsible for targeted franchisees located in the Western part of the US, Latin America and Canada.  This position is responsible for supporting and ensuring the success of all assigned franchisees with respect to the following Key Performance Indicators:

Revenue Growth
Client Acquisition
Client Retention
Client Penetration

Requirements

The Director of Field Sales must possess the following:

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience within the talent management industry
  • High degree of knowledge and experience with Leadership & workforce development solutions, and Sales/Customer Service in the talent management industry.  Extensive knowledge with live-in-person training, Live-online training as well as blended solutions
  • Significant experience with leading/coaching sales teams that include both strategic and tactical sales planning and development.  Executing these approaches and developing these skills in others throughout Dale Carnegie’s franchisees is paramount
  • The ideal candidate must possess a high level of consultative selling skills and be capable of being recognized as a consultative sales expert within all of Dale Carnegie
  • Significant experience dealing with a wide range of contacts from front line managers to "C" level executives that are primarily in the training, TM and OD space.
  • Travel for this position is approximately 25%-30%
  • Must be fluent in Spanish or Portuguese
