As a Telesales team member with Dale Carnegie you are enrolling individuals and teams in our public programs and seminars and proactively responding to leads and inquiries. You enjoy phone sales and have a genuine desire to help companies and their people succeed.  You use your consultative approach and proven Dale Carnegie programs to meet the needs of our clients.


As the only global training organization in the world with ISO 9001 certification, we specialize in delivering business solutions and high-quality training in leadership and management development, employee engagement, sales, presentation and communication skills, etc.


What you do:

  • You actively create new business relationships with individuals by presenting our unique services catering to their needs

  • You work with the Performance Consulting team to deliver our business solutions to our clients in organizations (B2B)

  • You maintain the relationship with our existing customers

  • You follow up with potential clients (calls, web leads, etc.)

  • You excel in internal sales and meet your monthly targets
