What does the "Day to Day" Look Like?
  • Building new business from within existing accounts
  • Prospecting for new clients and reactivating dormant accounts
  • Facilitating assessment conversations with business leaders and decision makers
  • Consulting with Dale Carnegie project team tailoring solutions to clients learnign needs
  • Monitoring sold learning implementations
  • Creating value to accelerate client results
  • Leveraging social media to advance the sales process
  • Developing account strategies
  • Networking - live and on line
What experience do I need?
  • Three years or more sales, management or business experience – preferably in a professional service industry
What are the "must haves"?
  • High degree of English business acumen
  • Must have lived in the area for a minimum of 1 year
  • Have own reliable transportation
  • Ability to pass background check and bondable
  • Flexibility to work during the day, some evenings and occasional weekends
  • 4 year college or university degree

  • Exemplary prospecting skills
  • Versed in a consultative sales approach
  • Comfort in selling to mid to upper level executives
  • Ability to develop accounts strategically
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills

  • Computer literacy – High degree of comfort with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CRM Systems, Email and email management, normal web and internet functionality and use
