As a Marketing Coordinator for Dale Carnegie you will drive the local marketing and lead generation activities for the operation. This will include event promotion, basic lead generation and distribution, social media outreach and client communication.You are actively engaging in new marketing communication tactics, implementing the existing marketing strategies and developing strategies for future outreach.

Requirements

  • Partner with marketing director to prepare content, materials and prospect-related information before and after marketing events and paid programs
  • Update website and social media platforms with upcoming events
  • Develop and maintain communication and processes for inbound lead distribution
  • Create a positive experience by connecting prospects with the best consultant for their needs
  • Work with sales team to uncover new opportunities and expand sales pipelines
  • Build positive relationships with event participants by attending marketing events and creating a “wow” experience for clients
  • Report on client feedback regarding outreach, events and paid programs
  • Update and maintain various databases for sales, marketing and business development
  • Report outcomes regarding monthly performance of smarketing function
  • Communicate schedule and outreach changes in marketing to sales and business development
Competencies

Competencies

  • Bachelor’s degree in management, business, marketing, communication or related specialty
  • Preferred 1 year of experience
  • Proficiency using SalesForce CRM
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other programs
  • Proficiency in Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and Instagram
  • Positive, upbeat and client-focused attitude
  • Self-motivated and team-driven
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, growing environment
  • Great organization skills and process-oriented
