The State of Texas has entered a strategic relationship with Dale Carnegie to continue to build on the positive impact the Dale Carnegie programs have had on individuals and organizations in our state.

Dale Carnegie provides programs that support agency mission objectives and better prepare us to work in our fast-paced, ever changing environment.

The state's relationship with Dale Carnegie provides team members with the opportunity to support specific development goals in consultation with their manager, by participating in the Dale Carnegie program that is best suited to meet those goals.
