I am having trouble logging in what do I do?
Clear your Browser Cache, close your browser and try again. Your internet browser's cache stores certain information (snapshots) of webpages you visit on your computer or mobile device so that they'll load more quickly upon future visits and while navigating through websites that use the same images on multiple pages so that you do not download the same image multiple times. Occasionally, however your cache can prevent you from seeing updated content, or cause functional problems when stored content conflicts with live content. You can fix many browser problems simply by clearing your cache.

If you are logging in from your work computer, consider consulting with your system administrator.  Your company’s firewall may prevent you from joining the session.  If this is the case, access must be granted from your admin before it will allow you to log in. This is not typical but does sometime occur.

Also check that you have a recent version of flash on your computer.

What is an enrollment key?
An enrollment key gives you access to special catalogs and or content in the Dale Carnegie Learning Portal.  An enrollment key consists of an alphanumeric KeyName and a Password.

Learning Portal Account Enrollment - a key name and password that when redeemed allows a learner to set up their own account with access to the Dale Carnegie Learning Portal. This enrollment key will provide access to a special catalog of products or pre-selected content that can be located in My Courses.

Content Enrollment - a key name and password distributed to existing Learning Portal learners that provides access to purchased content that when redeemed can be located in My Courses.

How do I change my password?
You can update your account information by accessing the Edit Profile section in the Learning Portal.   Log into the Learning Portal with your unique username and password. Click the blue Toggle Menu in the upper-right corner. From the drop-down menu choose Edit Profile. A dialog box will appear, choose CHANGE PASSWORD. Once you use made your changes click the Update button located at the bottom of the dialog box.

Can I update my account information?
Yes. You can update your account information by accessing the Edit Profile section in the Learning Portal. Log into the Learning Portal with your unique username and password. Click the blue Toggle Menu in the upper-right corner. From the drop-down menu choose Edit Profile. A dialog box will appear, choose EDIT YOUR INFORMATION. Once you use made your changes click the Update button located at the bottom of the dialog box.

How do I change my email address?

How do I get to my course once I have enrolled?
Once you have successfully enrolled you will immediately receive a Welcome email with instructions on how to access the Learning Portal, your course session and participant materials.  If you do not receive your email within 24 hours of your enrollment please contact our Customer Support group by calling 1-855-820-9200, or email us at DaleCarnegieDigital@dalecarnegie.com.
