If I am unable to attend the session I signed up for can I transfer to a new date? How?
Yes, you can transfer into a new session by accessing the My Courses section in the Learning Portal. Locate your course session and click View. At the bottom of the Course Session page, click the Change Enrollment button. A list of available sessions will appear. Click the Enroll button next to the session date of your choice. You will receive a thumbs up message stating you’ve been successfully added to the session.
If you missed one session of a multi-session program we can send you a link to the recording of the session you missed. This will allow you to keep up with the rest of the class and get the most from the course.
