Introverts do know how to listen, and lucky for them, most people like being listened to.
Action Breeds Confidence You already know not every idea you have is going to work out the way you planned. It's great to have a sound business plan, but if you're wringing your hands over all the little things that can go wrong, you're wasting valuable time. Back in 1936, Dale Carnegie put together a small booklet called “The Golden Book.” In it, he listed a number of rules or principles from two of his successful books “How to Win Friends and Influence People” and “How to Stop Worrying and Start Living.” I recently was reminded of his “Golden Book” and had a chance to review it again. Timeless tips that seem to transcend generations and can be beneficial for all of us as we start out the new year.
