  1. Spend most days selling, training in the classroom or                 working with clients.
     
  2. On selling days you will schedule 5 appointments per day.
     
  3. You will meet with your clients to ensure their team members are having a breakthrough experience and showing improvements in the workplace.
     
  4. You will also get referrals from clients.
     
  5. Your classroom days will be spent either in a company where your class members are its employees or in a public, open-enrollment class.
     
  6. As your client base builds, you will begin to spend some time in the role of trusted advisor to executives in companies.
