Customers complain. What is important is how you handle those complaints when they arise: Do you follow a consistent process, treating each customer with equal understanding and empathy? Do you resolve their complaints in a way that earns their trust and their continued business? Effectively resolving complaints is a way to reduce stress, build relationships, and improve customer loyalty and retention.
 
Please note: In order to have an optimal learning experience, each participant should be registered as an individual, and use their own computer to attend the program.
