Initial Assessment
- Carnegie Performance Profile - The Carnegie Performance Profile measures five Performance Dimensions: Resilience, Self-assurance, Communication, Leadership and Relationships, and the rating an individual gave to each dimension as far as its importance to their role. Both an Individual Report and Management Report are provided indentifying, strenghts, possible challenges, opportunities for growth, and a performance improvement plan. - Dale Carnegie High Impact Presentations Insights 360 - The Dale Carnegie High Impact Presentations® Insights process allows course participants to benefit from the input of their supervisor and up to eight team members.
