Delivery (Trainer) Field Executive - North America

Location Virtual position located in US/Canada, US
Description

We have a dedicated field support team that partners with each of our operations to support a functional area of their business. You will be a part of this regional Field Support Group, reporting to the Regional Vice President for North America.

As a Dale Carnegie Delivery Field Support Executive you will be working with each of operations to implement and maintain the Dale Carnegie trainer certification process and standards and to assist the franchisees in driving business results. You will have the opportunity to support our operations on a day to day basis through coaching meetings and site visits with the franchisees and trainer groups.

What does the day to day look like?

  • Conducting coaching meetings with trainers (virtually and on site)
  • Coaching and support for successful implementation of the Dale Carnegie franchise systems
  • Proactive outreach to franchisees for field support
  • Refining coaching/yraining materials in areas of expertise
  • Monitoring trainer quality throughout the region - identifying opportunities
  • Conducting region-wide trainer development events
  • Acting as a help desk for solution creation with our local offices
Requirements

What experience do I need?

  • Dale Carnegie Trainer (minimum 5 years), Master TrainerMaster Trainer with certification in 3+ curriculum areas preferred.
  • Consideration will be given to Certified Trainers that have 10 more years experience and are endorsed in at least 4 Dale Carnegie Curriculum Areas.
  • Delivered both ILT Corporate Solutions and Public Programs over the past 18 months
  • Preferred Active Corporate Solutions training experience
  • Exceptional results in both Public and Corporate Solutions delivery situations
  • Strong marketing/sales knowledge in a Dale Carnegie environment
  • Successful past business owner or general manager experience preferred

What are the “must haves”?

  • Are fluent in a business level of English –both written and oral
  • Are able to travel throughout the region and occasionally overseas for development events and meetings
  • Work variable hours due to the many time zones in the region
