What does the "Day to Day" Look Like?

  • Coaching sales team to reach their goals and objectives
  • Pipeline development and management with the team
  • Conducting joint sales calls with higher potential clients
  • Assisting on solution and proposal creation
  • Executing strategic plan to ensure growth and meeting targets
  • Liaising with marketing coordinator to align activities
  • Working with DC project team to ensure the solutions are meeting the client needs
  • Maintain and improving quality of client management and care
Requirements

What experience do I need?

  • Minimum of 3 years proven sales leadership experience
  • Successful track record of managing B2B sales teams
  • Sales management in a professional services industry preferred
 

What are the "must haves"?

  • Are fluent in business level of portuguese
  • Have a reliable transportation 
  • Must have lived in the area for a minimum of 1 year
  • Bondable
  • Flexibility to work during the day, some evenings and occasional weekends
  • 4 year University or College Degree

What competencies should I have?

  • Able to manage a sales team through high levels of business development
  • Versed in a consultative sales approach
  • Strong coaching and development orientation
  • Competency with account systems, sales forecasting and P&L management
  • Ability to network – connections to the business community
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Computer literacy –  High degree of comfort with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CRM Systems, Email and email management, normal web and internet functionality and use
