As a Business Consultant Trainee with Dale Carnegie you will actively learn to:
• Respond to sales leads and inquiries
• Create and build new business from within existing accounts
• Manage marketing activities to generate interest
• Prospect for new clients and reactivate dormant accounts
• Add value with existing clients by managing and maintaining client relationships
• Recommend training solutions to improve our client's business by developing the potential
  of their people
• Increase database of prospective clients
• Gain consultative sales experience
What are the "must haves?"
• Bachelor degree or equivalent
• Vehicle (personal transportation)
• Initiative and strong desire to learn new skills
• Strong drive to succeed
What competencies should I have?
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to network and make connections in the business community
• High energy level and drive
• Computer literacy – MS Office, Email and preferably experience with a CRM system
  such as Sales Force
• Strong business acumen

What is the compensation plan?
• Salary and bonus structure
• First year earnings typically range from $30,000 - $40,000
