What does the "Day to Day" Look Like?
  • Building new business from within existing accounts
  • Prospecting for new clients and reactivating dormant accounts
  • Facilitating assessment conversations with business leaders and decision makers
  • Consulting with Dale Carnegie Training project team tailoring solutions to clients learning needs
  • Monitoring sold learning implementations
  • Creating value to accelerate client results
  • Leveraging social media to advance the sales process
  • Developing account strategies
  • Networking - live and on line
Requirements
What experience do I need?
  • Three years or more of sales, management or business experience – preferably in a professional service industry
What are the "must haves"?
  • High degree of English business acumen
  • Live in the NYC area for a minimum of 1 year
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Flexibility to work during the day, some evenings and occasional weekends
  • 4 year College Degree

  • Exemplary prospecting skills
  • Versed in a consultative sales approach
  • Comfort in selling to mid and upper level executives
  • Ability to develop accounts strategically
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong business acumen

  • Social media proficiency
  • Computer literacy – High degree of comfort with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CRM Systems, email and email management, normal web and internet functionality and use

What is the compensation plan?
  • Salary and commission structure with bonus program
  • First year earnings typically range from $80K - $90K
